Senior - This group is the entry level into our Senior Program. Training and accountability of workout execution is the focus. This program is intended to provide both a stepping-stone for athletes intending to be successful in the Tsunami National program and also provide a demanding and comprehensive training program for those athletes who cannot meet the attendance, commitment, and/or training/performance requirement of the National program, including High School Sectional and below swimmers. Senior swimmers should attend 83% of workouts to see minimal improvement and communicate with the senior coach about their training schedule. If a swimmer in this group qualifies for a Team Championship (Division I’s, Zones, Sectionals), they should set a good example for the younger swimmers of the program and attend. Upper level swimmers in this group begin to emphasize serious training in preparation for higher levels of swimming including National group participation and/or College preparation. Swimmers are strongly encouraged to attend all practices as skills and progressions build from one practice session to another, but attendance is not mandatory. Swimmers must be 13 years old. Head Coach will have final approval on appointment and exceptions. Swimmers in this group who wish to dual participate during their high school season must pay $110 registration fee + $25 per practice.
